1. Acceptance of Terms

Pragma Info Systems provides IT staffing, software development, business intelligence, mobile application development, e-commerce solutions, enterprise mobility, BPM/SOA integration, and related consulting services (collectively, the “Services”). Specific terms for any engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and Pragma Info Systems.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the Site or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site or related systems
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to collect information from the Site without prior written consent
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any contact form or inquiry
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of Pragma Info Systems or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Site for personal or business evaluation purposes only. You may not:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRAGMA INFO SYSTEMS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Pragma Info Systems in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pragma Info Systems and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of or access to the Site; (b) your violation of any of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any content you submit through the Site.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Pragma Info Systems. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. Access to linked sites is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced via a notice on our Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pragma Info Systems regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
